Welcome to Faincy Jewellery Store. By placing an enquiry or order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Pricing Policy
All prices displayed on this website are indicative and calculated dynamically based on the prevailing silver rate at the time of viewing. The final price of your order will be confirmed at the time of booking based on the live silver rate on that day.
Prices include the metal value (weight × silver rate), making/labour charges, and 3% GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in silver rates.
2. Payment Terms
Retail Orders: Full payment is required before dispatch. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash payments.
Bulk Orders (10+ pieces): A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm the order and begin production. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
3. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are accepted for a minimum of 10 pieces. Custom engraving, packaging, and branding options are available on request. Bulk order pricing is negotiated separately based on quantity, design, and delivery timeline.
Production timelines for bulk orders typically range from 7 to 21 working days depending on quantity and complexity. We will communicate an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
4. Purity & Hallmarking
All our silver articles are made from 92.5 sterling silver (BIS hallmarked). Each piece carries the standard hallmark certifying its purity. We take full responsibility for the authenticity of our silver.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on customised or engraved items. For standard items, exchanges may be considered within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange request.
We do not offer cash refunds. Exchange value will be calculated at the silver rate prevailing on the date of exchange, not the original purchase date.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery across India. Delivery timelines are typically 5–7 working days for standard orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
All items are securely packaged in premium gift boxes before dispatch.
7. Enquiries & Orders
All orders are currently processed via WhatsApp enquiry. By sending an enquiry, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Order confirmation is subject to availability and advance payment receipt.
8. Privacy
Any personal information (name, phone, city) collected through our website is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not share your information with third parties.
